Zipper Tapes Machine:
The ribbon partterns edition of this machine has flxed cam type and raibbon chain type, which are subject to customer choice.
According to customer requirement, nylon and plastic copper zipper ribbon of 3#, 5#, 8# and 10# can be woven.
All synchronous transmission belt wheels adopts taper sleeve clamping type and will not be off center or loosen. The synchchronous belts and bearing are imported from USA and Japan. High quality members and reasonable transmission mechanism ensure high speed rotation and production outpur.
Auotmatic lubricating system, automatic yarn breakage and stopping device and precise weft control mechanism allows to manufacturing higher quality fabrics.
The shedding frame plates employ high strength nylon and are injected with steel bar inside. The plates are durable and wearable. The oil bafated of top clearing bolt cam is sealed with soft rubber. No noise is gener ated at high speed rotation. The bearing of yarn feeding board uses inner injection mode and will not be loose.
Mechanical and electrical parts work precisely. Double power control is applied firstly in the industry. With length counter, it becomes safer and convenient.
